Description
This book continues Catherine's growth under Jack's guidance. If you haven't read the first book, 'I Am Wildcat', it may be difficult to follow how the characters became intertwined. Catherine and Jack were thrust together in the rough times following the apocalyptic end of civilization. In this story, Catherine goes from a teenager, to a young woman and mother, to finally the impetus for law and order in a young society reaching for a civilized future. She takes a leadership role in her community, even though she is reluctant to do so. Those that follow her do so out of love. In all this, will Jack be able to guide her and those he has a strong relationship with, keeping them safe from harm?
